Kidnapping is to carry away a person by force or fraud and against his or her will, abduction is likewise.
There are many reported cases of kidnapping here in the Phil. It's age is rather ranging from a few days old to 40 something. A baby abducted by a woman wearing a nurses' uniform was broadcast a few weeks past. The child was brought back to it's biological parents since the one who abducted the baby needed him/her just so that her boyfriend won't break up with her. On my opinion when a kidnapper kidnaps there's always an explanation to do it. An unsuspecting victim is always their target especially if they need money. Abduction happens in anytime and in anyplace ( especially when it's not a crowded place that they may easily lose sight of you). Always pay attention to the sorrounding, never go with stranger nor accept anything from them since you don't know them.
Many parents lost their children because of them being a good prey.
