Bracelet
Jacob and Emma is best friend.
Jacob is 8 years old while Emma is 7 years old. One day Jacob and his family moved
from their place to California.
But Jacob gave his bracelet to Emma and promise that he will return. After ten
years Jacob returned to their old house. But Emma was not there anymore. Her
neighbour says that they have move in their province in Sultan Kudarat. Jacob
was sad to her. He knows that he had to find his long lost best friend. So he
searches for her until one day he bumped a girl in the mall who was younger
than him. He apologises to that girl but he had a feeling that he knows her. He
didn’t bother to ask her name because he is in hurry.
After a week, he found out
that her best friend lives somewhere in Lebak. So he hurriedly goes there to
find his friend. While searching he was about to be bumped by a car but a girl
save him. Unfortunately the girl got a severe injury which lead to unconsciousness.
While checking the girl he saw his bracelet which he gave to Emma. Jacob was
shock to see it. He can’t believe that his best friend save him. He hurriedly
takes him to a hospital. The girl is on coma because of the accident. He was in
grieving sorrow to know that his friend may not awake anymore. Suddenly the
family of the girl got arrived. He told to them what happen, while he is
talking the door suddenly open and he saw a familiar face. The girl who comes
out in the door was also the girl he bumped at the mall. He had a strange
feeling about her. When he asks if what her name is, she said it was Emma and
Jacob shock was to hear it. He is happy that Emma was safe. So he told her the
truth like Jacob, she was also shock at the same time happy. Jacob asks if who
is the girl who worn his bracelet he gave to Emma. Emma said that she was his
older sister Emily. Emma was happy at the same time sad for her sister. A week pasted, her sister was died.
Emma was in grieving sorrow for her sister. Jacob comforts Emma and say thank
you to the grave of Emily for saving him. They know that wherever Emily is she
is happy that Emma found his long lost friend. After Emma and Jacob graduated
and find a work. They got married in Los
Angeles, California.
Now they are living there.
In life there are people who will
leave you and will come to your life. For the once who leave, farewell with a
smiling and for the one that will enter, welcome them with a heart. It is not
an end yet, because there is another chapter that will add and continue until
it would say that it is an end. There will be sadness and sorrow but there is
also joy and happiness that will come. Tear of sorrow and joy, which will drop
in our eyes. Be glad because they will forge you until you became a tough and
strong sword that will wipe out those fears and sadness you feel. Remember that
always cherish and treasure those of your memories, whether it is bad or good.
That is what life really looks like.
